His Landlady is a BDSM oriented story based more on Dominance and submission rather than the more physical aspects of BDSM.

I mention this at the beginning of the review in case a reader is looking for detailed sexual scenes or sadism/masochism because they will be disappointed.

As the title suggests the landlady Diana owns a property Sloan is renting. The arrangement is business in the beginning, but moves into personal very quickly. She is instantly taken by his physical attractiveness and self-confident mannerisms from his skill as a kick boxer.

Essentially the plot is predictable and there were no real twists in the story. I would recommend it to readers who can enjoy the use of suggestion and subtlety of a sexual relationship. And while It is predictable as mentioned, it was told in an enjoyable fashion.

My opinion is that female readers would enjoy this more than male readers.
