This book incapsulates the feeling of servitude and it takes you to a world that is both highly sexual and psychological. A truly great read that both intrigues and delights the reader. Protegee is beautifully written. From the first chapter  you will hunger for the next as the author knows how to write and displays a high understanding of BDSM lifestyle and emotive states of a slave/submissive that makes this book such a enjoyable read. The plot follows a new slave through figuring out the lifestyle and describes her training. The character is forced to break boundaries and limits as the book progresses. This book is complex as the plot unfolds, however the author still manages to make you feel the fears, curiosity and arousal felt by the submissive. This is an excellent book and I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys the psychology of mental BDSM.
