Fugue is a pretty hot m/m short story. Parts are told in a first person perspective so the reader is unsure who is speaking. The other part of the story takes place on an el train in Chicago.

While riding a train late at night an older man and a younger guy begin some not so subtle flirting. In a quick amount of time their flirting turns to fucking. It surprised me how one man takes control of the other so easily. Every time the train stops there’s tension while the two wait to see if anyone will board the train and catch them in the act.

The sex with domination was extremely hot. Being someone familiar with Chicago and the el, I was able to believe that what these two people were doing late at night on the train has in fact been done before.

Mr Reed was very clever with the sections written in the first person and I found the ending to be not quite what I expected.
